• From our board members
• Red Deer Sportsman Show
• At the Rimbey Evergreen Co-op table on Feb 3 & Mar 4 (10am-3pm)
• If by chance any tickets remain, they will also be available at our Annual Banquet on March 14th before we complete the draw. (Hint: We do sell out each year so don't hesitate!)

Past Events
Annual Antler Measuring
Thank you to everyone who attended our
2025 Antler Measuring!
An annual event where our members bring in their trophies taken during the past years season for measuring by AWF official measurers using Boone and Crockett score sheets.
Great prizes to be won throughout the day for anyone who brought a trophy to be scored along with coffee & snacks.
All 2025 members trophies that are scored at the event are automatically entered in for awards for the Annual Awards Banquet and into the Interclub Awards competition between other neighboring clubs (Lacombe, Ponoka and Camrose).
Categories for all big game species and fish, as well as for youth, archery and black powder.
The entry fee is included for members and new memberships purchased. Non-members by donation.

We would like to extend a big thank you to the amazing volunteers that donated countless hours to set up our brand new outdoor 3D archery course this past summer. The weekly practice night shoots were a great way to start and we appreciate who attended. We look forward to growing the attendance and events in 2026.
2025 Jim Koenig Memorial Youth Fishing Derby
This year's Youth Fishing Derby was held on Saturday July 12, 2025. We had over 80 youth entries and everyone received a prize bag full of items to add to their tackle boxes and more! It was a great day, we would like to thank all the volunteers for making this day such a success and the families for coming out!
Schedule:
Registration 9am -10am - Fishing 10am - 2pm
Prizes to be awarded shortly after for all participants.
Registration & Fish entries will be taken at our South Day Use Area by the camp kitchen.
A hotdog lunch will be provided.
Everyone attending is welcome to fish but
registration & prizes are for kids under 16 years old.
Thank you to everyone who attended our Grand Opening! We were happy to see everyone and the excitement our building and property has to offer.

Canada Day Festivities
Thank you to everyone who attended our Canada Day event on Sat. June 28, 2025.
We hosted a pancake breakfast with over 100 attendees and then a nice firework's show that evening. Thank you to our campground tenders for hosting such a great event year after year!

Our 2025 Fish and Game Banquet held on March 8, 2025 was a great success.
This is our Association's biggest fundraiser of the year.
